BN Pay is the digital wallet offered by BN that allows users to make purchases using their mobile devices without the need to present a physical card or cash.

How to add your BN Cards to BN Pay:

1. Access Online Banking and navigate to the Cards menu, then select the sub-menu "Manage BN Debit and Credit Cards".
2. Select the option "Enable cards for BN Pay" and choose the card you wish to register.
3. Download the "BN Pay" digital wallet app from the official Google Play store.
4. Set a PIN* for app access.
5. Enter your username and password; use the same credentials as for Online Banking.
6. Select the BN Credit and/or Debit cards you want to register in BN Pay.
7. Completed! You can now make purchases with your registered cards through your mobile device using BN Pay.

How to make a payment with BN Pay:

1. Open the BN Pay app.
2. Select your BN Card.
3. Bring your mobile device close to the point-of-sale terminal.
4. Tap the NFC icon and you're all set.

Requirements:

1. This application is only available for devices running Android 5.0 or higher, with internet access and NFC (Near Field Communication) capability. BNCR does not guarantee or commit to maintaining or including this application on other app stores.
2. *The customer must choose a PIN consisting of 6 to 12 non-obvious numerical characters, avoiding easily recognized information such as birthdays, identity card numbers, or phone numbers. The customer must adhere to any policies and restrictions related to PIN creation.
3. The customer must be registered for online banking and use the same login credentials (username and password) to digitalize their BN Cards and utilize BN Pay. Additionally, at BNCR's sole discretion, further authentication methods may be required for security reasons.
